Located on the banks of the Manokin River, Sugar Water Manor offers plenty to see and do. Kayak, walk down to Racoon Point, get your eggs from the chicken coop, wander the property or just sit and do nothing! It is totally up to you! You may enjoy the whole property during your stay.
Each morning you will have a breakfast tray dropped off at your doorstep. Made daily for you, enjoy meals like farm-fresh eggs, breakfast proteins, and sweets.
On Fridays and Saturdays, the Fire Pit is ready by 6 PM (4:30 in the Winter). Enjoy cooking your dinner out there, and s'mores kits are always available.

THE HOMESTEAD
2 bedroom, 1 bath | Up to 4 guests
The Homestead has the best sunset views from its screened-in porch. This two-bedroom, one-bath home has a full kitchen as well as a separate dining room. The first floor also has a big cozy family room and a screened-in porch you will never want to leave. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a double bed as well as a full bath with a rain head shower.
With views of the river, garden, both barns, and farm you will not know where to look first.
The Homestead is for up to 4 guests.
THE FARMHOUSE
3 bedroom, 1.5 bath | Up to 6 guests
The Farmhouse has the best views of the property from each window. This three-bedroom, 1.5-bath home has a full eat-in kitchen as well as a separate dining room.
The first floor also has a big cozy family room with a half bath and a screened-in porch you will never want to leave. The second floor has 3 bedrooms, a king, queen and a double as well as a full bath with a rain head shower. With views of the river, garden, both barns, and farm you will not know where to look first. Each room has a clean simple design to fully absorb the beauty of Sugar Water Manor.
The Farmhouse is for up to 6 guests.
THE LOFT
1 bedroom, 1 bath | Up to 2 guests
The Loft is located above the apiary workshop. The Loft is an expansive king room with a spa bath. The walk-in shower has a rainforest head. The loft has a small refrigerator, tea kettle, and coffee pot, stocked with all your necessities.
From one side of The Loft, you have a view of the fields and river and the other the apiary, gardens, and river. The Loft is the perfect place to cozy up with a book.
The Loft is for up to 2 adults.
